All training is delivered in a dynamic, inspirational and participative style incorporating the practical leadership and management experience of our master’s level trainers…we make the training exciting, informal and stimulating.

Training Venues

Training can be delivered in-house, at a hotel or at our training centre - the choice is yours! Our Open Courses are delivered in Lincoln and Sleaford, Lincs.

  • Train to Gain Funding
    Train to Gain ‘Leaders First’ funding in the East Midlands is designed to help small to medium size businesses to access training through the Learning & Skills Council. The Initiative provides eligible businesses with a grant of up to a maximum of £1000.

  • MOD Funding
    For MOD and ex military personnel we are an approved ELCAS Provider (accredited programmes at level 3 or above can be financed by enhanced learning credits).
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
    We are keen to help provide access to training for all. Therefore we maintain a reserve of grant funding for those in particular need.
