ILM VOCATIONALLY- RELATED QUALIFICATION (VRQ)

LEVEL 3 Award IN WORKPLACE COACHING

The ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role.

The units within the ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching, all of which are mandatory are:

Assessment is via: a work-based assignment and a coaching diary (based on 6 hrs of workplace coaching) – both are independently assessed

Course + assessment: up to up to 14 weeks.

Delivery:  2 days class-based training + 15 hrs blended learning/private study.

Cost:   £720 plus VAT per student - includes materials and ILM registration fees.

Venue:  Aura Business Centre, Newark, Nottinghamshire. Courses staring 1 March, 1 May, 1 July.
(Minimum 4 people to run course).
