The ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role.

Assessment is via: a work-based assignment and a coaching diary (based on 6 hrs of workplace coaching) – both are independently assessed
Course + assessment: up to up to 14 weeks.
Delivery: 2 days class-based training + 15 hrs blended learning/private study.
Cost: £720 plus VAT per student - includes materials and ILM registration fees.
Venue: Aura Business Centre, Newark, Nottinghamshire. Courses staring 1 March, 1 May, 1 July.
(Minimum 4 people to run course).
